Each VALLE bending machine is equipped with several sets of rollers, manufactured according to DIN and IHA (Instituto de Hierros y Aceros) Standards.

Roller surfaces are treated with hot-wire, hardening, drawing temper and other special treatments, according to the profile design.

They are finished with the machining ensuring the dimension levels requested, and a profile tolerance in each of the process stages.
